How To Take Your Outfit from Work to Night

Happy Thursday! I apologize for not getting a post up on Monday but if you kept up with my Twitter, there was a bit of a TMI update. Basically I had a bunch of terrible nosebleeds that I ended up postponing photoshoots that I had planned.
I’ve mentioned before how I started working full time again and since then, it’s been a bit hectic going straight from work to the city to shoot blog stuff so I decided to have a “Day to Night” outfit look that shows how to take your work outfit to night (obviously), without changing much.

For the first look, I wore a sleeveless black knit and a wrap skirt from SheIn. I love this skirt because it’s so versatile. I’ve been able to wear it casually to the mall, more of a street style look and at work. I paired it with an old H&M blazer that has a similar pattern so it looks like it was a matching set. I think it did the job pretty well! I paired it with the new go-to work shoes which are slingback heels from Zara. I wear these ones all the time because of how big the block is. It’s the perfect size so that I can walk around the office all day. I paired it with Rudsak’s Middleton Bag that I got a couple of years ago. It’s perfect for the work because of the size (fits documents, etc.) and all the different compartments!

The night look doesn’t have a lot of changes. All I did was lose the blazer and add fishnets to the look. I kept everything else the same. I didn’t change my hair or makeup but if you do, you can totally make it even more a “night out” look!
Hope you enjoyed today’s post! Do you want to see more workwear outfits from me? Let me know in the comments below 🙂
